In merito alle prenotazioni effettuate per paesi diversi dall'Italia, Rent.it opera secondo una politica che non prevede cancellazioni nè rimborsi.

Se cancellate la prenotazione a causa di eventi insoliti o imprevedibili o oltre il vostro ragionevole controllo, inclusa infermità grave del conducente che lo renda inabile alla guida; catastrofi naturali (incluso, ma non limitato a incendi o inondazioni); atti o limitazioni imposti dal governo o autorità pubblica; guerre, disordini, sommosse o atti di terrorismo. In questi casi il partner di Rent.it per le prenotazioni per paesi diversi dall'Italia può decidere a propria discrezione di effettuare il rimborso del costo di noleggio (escluse le spese amministrative), posto che diate immediato avviso a Rent.it e forniate prova evidente di tale evento (es.: certificato medico, atto di morte).

Con l'esclusione di quanto sopra, Rent.it e il partner di Rent.it per le prenotazioni per paesi diversi dall'Italia e i loro fornitori di veicoli a noleggio non vi rimborseranno in caso di cancellazione del noleggio, ritiro ritardato o consegna anticipata del veicolo. SE NON SIETE DISPOSTI AD ACCETTARE IL RISCHIO DI UN POTENZIALE ANNULLAMENTO, NON DOVRESTE PRENOTARE CON RENT.IT. Non rimborsando le prenotazioni, il vostro fornitore è in grado di fornirvi prezzi più vantaggiosi.

Fatta esclusione di qualsiasi condizione del vostro noleggio, i vostri diritti legali rimangono inalterati. Per ulteriori informazioni sui vostri diritti legali potete consulatere le autorità locali, le camere di commercio o gli enti dei consumatori.

WARNING: CAREFULLY READ BEFORE BOOKING A CAR IN COUNTRIES DIFFERENT FROM ITALY

In reference to car hire reservations made in countries different from Italy, Rent.it operates a "No cancellation No refund" policy.

If you cancel your rental due to unusual and unforeseeable events beyond your reasonable control, including serious illness of the driver, such that the driver is unfit to drive; natural disaster (including but not limited to fire and flood); acts or restraints of governments or public authorities; or war, riot, civil commotion or acts of terrorism; the supplier of Rent.it for reservations in countries different from Italy may at its discretion, provide you with a refund of the rental cost (subject to the deduction of an administration charge), provided that you promptly advise Rent.it and furnish evidence of such event. (i.e. medical certificate, death certificate).

With the exception of above, the supplier of Rent.it for reservations in countries different from Italy or your independent rental supplier (if applicable) are unable to offer you a refund if you cancel your rental, collect your Vehicle late or end your rental early. IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO TAKE THE RISK OF A POTENTIAL CANCELLATION YOU SHOULD NOT BOOK THROUGH RENT.IT. By not giving refunds your rental supplier is able to offer lower prices.

Notwithstanding any terms of your rental, your statutory rights to a refund shall remain unaffected. For further information about your statutory rights, contact your Local Authority, Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
